With over three decades of leadership in the aged care and health technology sectors, Lisa Papettas combines clinical expertise with a proven track record in strategic innovation and operational excellence. As co-founder and former Chief Operating Officer of Health Metrics, she was instrumental in the company’s growth and success over a decade, establishing herself as a leader in health software solutions. In 2022, Lisa founded Zulu Health, a consultancy focused on advancing aged care services through innovation and best practices. Drawing on her clinical foundation and industry expertise, Lisa now leads Simul with visionary leadership, delivering cutting-edge, high-quality solutions for the health and aged care sectors.
Geoff Bentley - Sales Director
Geoff is a dynamic and innovative entrepreneur with extensive experience in business development, leadership, and strategic growth. As Sales Director at Simul, Geoff leads initiatives that drive transformation and deliver tailored solutions that add significant value to clients. As a Director at 36s Group, he collaborates with expert teams across entrepreneurship, SaaS, innovation, and procurement to drive business success. Stephen Wu - CTO
As a decisive leader and creative problem-solver, Stephen has a career spanning startups and Fortune 500 companies across APAC, Europe, and the United States. As a founding employee and Chief Software Architect at SOS Online Backup (now Infrascale), he built systems supporting over one million connected devices. He was key in scaling the company to a $100M valuation. Under his leadership, the product earned multiple industry awards, including six PC Magazine Editors’ Choice awards. At Simul, Stephen drives technological innovation, ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge solutions to meet evolving market needs.
Steven Strange - Director
As a co-founder of Health Metrics, Steven brings extensive experience in strategic planning, IT project direction, and corporate strategy development. With a career spanning key roles such as IT Director for Ansett/Traveland and General Manager at Datum Group, he has deep expertise in enterprise data management, systems integration, and business intelligence. Steven has led large-scale IT projects in the aged care sector and provided high-level consulting to the wagering industry, advising clients like TAB Corp and Sportingbet on performance, security, and market design. A respected thought leader, he has contributed to national white papers and lectures at Monash University.
