Our Multidisciplinary Team Meeting Management System (MDT MMS) is a state-of-the-art clinical information system based on comprehensive input from multiple health services. Supporting both Cancer and Non-Cancer clinical programs, MDT MMS streamlines the entire meeting process by enabling the capture of data before, during, and after meetings, automating patient management and meeting preparation for coordinators and diagnosticians, facilitating consensus decision-making during meetings, and electronically distributing patient meeting records to GPs and private specialists to ensure continuity of care.
